Morning Sickness

Can we talk about Morning Sickness? Holy hell it came with a vengeance right at that 6 week mark. Horrible. 80% of the day. Why in the world do women have to go through this kind of suffering? I thought hangovers were bad try feeling like you have one 24/7. Dry heaving? I'd rather just vomit and feel better. Get it over with. Oh but it'll be so worth it everyone says. Well yeah its worth it but it doesn't make it any less miserable. The worst is trying to work while feeling like this. Can I take paid pregnancy leave pre birth? Haha wishful thinking I know but my word. Food makes my stomach queasy, textures make me want to hurl and this country im in has no damn fruit at any sort of reasonable price and im literally craving it! $5 for an apple, yeah right. I Found Out I Was Pregnant While Living Abroad

The heat of the moment, you, your partner doing it under the full moon the moment is perfect and the decision is made to not pull out. You check your period tracker and you realize that you might get pregnant. Your plane tickets are booked your headed out of the country. Let's rephrase that...MOVING out of the country. You're supposed to start your period the day you leave so you take a test that morning, negative, you board the plane and land, still no period. No worries maybe its the stress of traveling or the lack of sleep mixed with the cocktails you had on the plane. Another day passes, no period. So you start to wonder. Then there's some spotting, but not like normal spotting. We're talking that wierd brown color spotting that really makes you question the reality. So you go down to the local drug store and try to decipher what the hell a pregnancy test is in Japanese. You get your phone out and use a translation app to ask the clerk to help you.
